Role Details
Our client, a distinguished organisation at the forefront of Bahrain’s luxury retail landscape, is seeking a highly accomplished Marketing Manager with a proven record at an international house such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Rolex, Patek Philippe, or Richard Mille etc. Indeed, we will also consider luxury automotive brand experience too. This role offers the chance to shape the local presence of a world-class portfolio and drive landmark launches and events that define excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute annual marketing plans that uphold global brand standards while resonating with the Bahraini luxury clientele
- Lead end-to-end product launches, private previews, and experiential events that cultivate brand desirability and customer loyalty
- Craft omnichannel campaigns, leveraging digital, social, and in-store activations to elevate engagement and sales
- Build and nurture relationships with regional media, VIP guests, and strategic partners to secure premium brand exposure
- Oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI reporting to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Provide inspirational leadership to a small, passionate team while collaborating closely with retail, merchandising, and CRM functions
Candidate Profile
- Bahraini national, currently holding a Marketing Manager position within a leading luxury maison
- Minimum five years of progressive marketing experience, including the orchestration of high-profile product launches and exclusive events
- Demonstrable expertise in luxury positioning, clienteling, and partnership cultivation
- Impeccable communication skills in Arabic and English, with refined presentation style and cultural fluency
- Data-driven mindset balanced with creative flair and meticulous attention to detail
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; postgraduate study is an advantage
