On behalf of our client, a globally recognised automotive manufacturer, we are seeking a strategically minded Marketing Manager to join its regional marketing function in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, clearly defining regional and partner implementation responsibilities. Monitor quarterly execution and address any deviations.
- Design and implement training plans for new marketing managers, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing capability development.
- Identify opportunities to successfully introduce and sustain products in the market while maintaining competitiveness and profitability to drive growth and market share.
- Monitor competitor product and pricing developments, providing regular insights, and recommending appropriate countermeasures.
- Lead the regional implementation of central processes related to product planning and pricing (e.g. long-range planning, pricing frameworks).
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies, including campaign planning, media management, and budget control, while ensuring alignment with organisational guidelines. Manage local agency adaptation where required.
- Oversee the development and implementation of point-of-sale materials, ensuring timely updates and consistency across locations.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events in line with defined timelines and budgets to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and execute events, product launches, conferences, and promotional activities, while supporting partners with best practice standards.
- Establish and implement digital communication strategies, including social media and search engine marketing.
- Develop and steer customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to improve performance across different market maturity levels, covering the full customer lifecycle and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including the implementation of systems to enable automated performance reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Six to eight years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the automotive or luxury retail.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to apply them effectively in a business context.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams while driving change.
