Role Details
Our clients, an established Mercedes-Benz dealership in Ireland have an opening for a certified Mercedes-Benz Diagnostic Technician (Master) to join their workshop. They have a supportive team environment valuing the importance of training and development. This is a full-time, permanent role; working Monday to Friday; offering a competitive salary; assistance with relocation will be provided if required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Diagnosing and repairing vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications, while consistently delivering high standards of workmanship; always ensuring excellent customer service.
The Role
- By putting the customers first; this company offer a fixed base salary; prioritising a first time fix
- Familiarity with all aspects of Diagnostics; servicing and repair to Mercedes vehicles
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards
- Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
- Working as part of a team; as master technician; guiding and supporting the team
Essential Requirements
- Relevant automotive technical qualification as Mercedes-Benz Diagnostic Technician
- Full valid driving licence
- Proven experience in a similar role within the motor industry
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills
- A commitment to high standards; health and safety and attention to detail
Remuneration
- Competitive salary Є55,000
- On-site parking
- Friendly and professional working environment
- Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
