We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive business which believes in investing heavily in its parts operation and looking for a talented Parts Sales Advisor to join the team. This is a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to work with loyal trade customers, build relationships, and maximise your earning potential.
Whether you're currently working for a motor factor, dealership, independent garage supplier, or automotive parts distributor, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking incoming calls and enquiries from trade customers
- Identifying the right parts quickly and accurately
- Building strong relationships with garages, workshops, and trade accounts
- Upselling relevant products and promotions to maximise sales opportunities
- Managing customer orders from enquiry through to delivery
- Working closely with colleagues to provide a first-class service
- Helping to grow and develop existing customer accounts
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales, motor factors, or dealership parts departments
- Strong vehicle parts knowledge and the ability to identify components confidently
- A friendly, professional telephone manner
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering great customer service
- A motivated individual who thrives in a busy sales environment
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude
