A new multi-million-pound accident repair centre, approved by several high-end premium and luxury automotive manufacturers asked us to find their perfect candidate.
They were looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager who could nurture and develop valuable manufacturer relationships, whilst building teams with people who consistently delivered a high level of customer service.
The understanding of the brief is always a key ingredient to achieving a successful outcome.
We identified and approached a targeted group of suitably qualified candidates, all of which we considered to be a good possible fit. Through interviews, calls and assessments, we gained a deep understanding of each candidate, their aspirations and what they would be looking for in a new role. This allowed us to shortlist three excellent candidates.
The client appointed the person they were looking for, plus hired the remaining two candidates for two other bodyshops within their group.
