After recruiting their last Porsche General Manager who was retiring back to the UK, we met with the key stakeholders to discuss where the business was and what their aspirations were moving forward. There is no doubt that the owners love the Porsche brand, a franchise they have successfully held for decades and a manufacturer, which also has a lot of admiration for our Client. The outgoing General Manager had achieved much success, however, times were changing in the new world economy.

In order for HCP to endorse the Client’s vision, we undertook a comprehensive consultation exercise with key stakeholders, so that they could state their views on the transition. During the selection process we were in consultation with the manufacturer to ensure a strategic fit for the brand and business.
We recruited one of the Middle East’s finest premium and luxury brand General Managers. Through lockdowns and uncertainty during the COVID-19 Pandemic, plus supply chain issues causing lengthy delays in the production of new vehicles, he has been innovative in his approach and changed the business model, which has resulted in delivering results above expectations.
