Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Manager in leading, motivating, and developing a team of aftersales professionals
- Help drive a high-performance culture where achievement is recognised and underperformance is effectively managed
- Oversee daily service department operations, ensuring resources are utilised efficiently and productivity targets are achieved
- Assist with accurate reporting and departmental performance analysis
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
About You
- Previous experience within the automotive industry is essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with experience producing management reports
- Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-moving, changing environment
- A positive and approachable leadership style
- Experience coaching, motivating, and supporting teams to achieve business objectives
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Results-driven with a commitment to operational excellence
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in automotive aftersales or service environment essential
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Right to work in the UK
