Role Details

Our client is one of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s most respected automotive dealer groups, a name synonymous with the highest levels of customer service and integrity across the region.

As the business enters an ambitious new chapter of growth, they seek a leader of genuine substance for the position of Aftersales Director. This is not merely a management appointment; it is an invitation to shape the aftersales philosophy of an organisation that holds itself to the very highest standards. The successful candidate will carry responsibility for the full scope of after-sales operations, from service throughput and parts profitability to customer experience and team development, across a sophisticated and demanding retail environment.

Scope and Responsibility

Reporting directly to senior group leadership, the Aftersales Director will carry accountability for the full after-sales function across the dealership group. This encompasses service operations, parts and accessories, warranty management, customer retention, and the continued development of an aftersales team built for the demands of the modern automotive customer.

Equally important is an unwavering commitment to environmental responsibility, and the evolving expectations of a customer base that is increasingly discerning, digitally informed, and socially aware.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring a rare combination of technical authority, leadership character, and cultural adaptability.

  • A minimum of ten years within the service function of an automotive retailer, with a proven record of senior leadership and commercial delivery.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and the confidence to operate strategically across a sophisticated, multi-franchise retail environment.
  • The capacity to interpret and translate the policies of an international parent organisation into effective local practice, with sensitivity to cultural and market nuance.
  • A clear understanding of current social, environmental, and customer expectations, and the ability to embed these values across operations.
  • Full professional fluency in English, supported by a sound working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems.

The Person

Beyond the technical requirements, our client places considerable weight on character. The individual who will thrive in this position will be calm under pressure, decisive when it matters, and capable of earning the trust of teams, colleagues, and customers with equal ease.
