While achieving budget targets is important, the primary focus is delivering an exceptional customer experience alongside strong KPI performance.
The Role
- Lead and develop a high-performing aftersales team within a modern facility
- Drive performance against manufacturer KPIs and internal targets
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes and people
- Take a hands-on approach to leadership, supporting the team on the ground
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Aftersales or Service Management within a premium automotive dealership
- Strong understanding of manufacturer KPIs and performance management
- A detail-oriented approach with excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability to develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with premium automotive brands is highly desirable
