Our client is a passenger car franchise in Saudi Arabia and part of a larger group. They are seeking a high-energy, commercially driven Brand Manager to lead frontline performance across the retail network.
This is a pure sales leadership role. The mandate is simple: drive volume, improve conversion, and elevate the performance of sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The Role
- Take ownership of new and used vehicle sales performance for the brand
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly retail execution across showroom teams
- Coach, train, and motivate sales teams to consistently exceed targets
- Improve conversion rates, enquiry handling, and sales discipline
- Execute sales campaigns with pace and accountability
- Work closely with the OEM on volume targets and performance delivery
- Use data and activity management to push measurable commercial outcomes
The Profile
We are looking for a high-potential automotive sales leader, typically operating as a General Sales Manager or Brand Manager, ready for a bigger platform and stronger accountability.
The successful candidate will be:
- Strong background in automotive retail sales within a franchise environment
- Proven track record of driving sales performance through people
- Energetic, hands-on, and highly performance focused
- Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, target-led culture
- Skilled at coaching and pushing sales teams to deliver consistently
- Commercially sharp with strong discipline around activity and conversion
- Stable career history with credible progression
This is not a strategic or corporate role. It is a frontline performance role for someone who leads from the showroom floor, not the boardroom.
