The Role
You will take full ownership of the sales function, leading from the front to deliver outstanding commercial results while building a high-performance culture.
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring a dynamic sales team to exceed ambitious targets
- Developing and executing forward-thinking sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Driving customer acquisition, retention, and long-term loyalty
- Enhancing brand positioning, visibility, and market share
- Partnering with senior leadership to influence strategic direction and business growth
The Candidate
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership or brand management role within a premium automotive brand
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading high-performing sales teams
- A natural leader with strong presence, charisma, and the ability to inspire trust and confidence
- Commercially astute with a consistent track record of delivering results
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (fluent English essential; additional languages advantageous)
- A Diploma or higher qualification is required
The Package
Competitive Base salary between £80,000 to £82,500 plus housing allowance, company car, healthcare, annual air ticket, education allowance, and annual bonus
