Head of Sales ***Relocation Required***
This unique leadership opportunity is for an experienced, “hands-on” General Sales Manager or Head of Business to oversee a multibrand sales operation; an opportunity not to be missed!
We are working in partnership with a highly respected automotive group to appoint an accomplished Head of Sales to lead operations across multiple sites. This is a significant leadership opportunity for a confident, results-driven individual with a strong track record in premium automotive retail.
With full autonomy to lead, drive performance and shape the Sales operation, the successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering the next phase of the group’s strategic vision. This role is ideal for a commercially astute individual, with a “hands on” management style who thrives in a high-performance environment and is ready to take on a broad leadership remit.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a multi-brand operation across sales
- Achieving a balanced 50:50 new-to-used vehicle sales ratio
- Driving operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Fostering a positive and motivated team culture
- Ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Delivering consistent commercial performance through data-led decision making
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years' senior leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in managing sales functions
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Confidence to make autonomous decisions and implement process improvements
- A dynamic, engaging personality with the presence to inspire and influence at all levels
