Role Details
A leading automotive dealer group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive and execute a high-impact sales strategy. This is a senior leadership role focused on accelerating revenue growth, strengthening team performance, and expanding market share across multiple channels. The successful applicant will ideally possess multi-car showroom sales leadership experience gained in the the UK within a franchised car dealership environment.
The Role
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing, multinational sales team
- Define and execute sales strategies across retail, fleet, and government channels
- Work closely with OEM partners to align on targets, campaigns, and brand standards
- Monitor and optimise sales performance through forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking
- Foster a customer-centric culture across all touchpoints
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management with multi-site responsibility
- Proven background working with a premium automotive brand within a UK PLC environment
- Demonstrates a stable and consistent career history
- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a people-centric approach
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
