Incident Manager, Automotive OEM, Dubai
Lead regional security investigations and incident management, with a focus on crime-related matters. Work with regional security teams and business stakeholders to strengthen investigation, response, risk management and security governance.
The Role
- Lead complex crime security investigations and provide investigation governance.
- Support business functions including with sensitive investigations and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the full incident lifecycle, from reporting and assessment through root-cause analysis, corrective action and lessons learned.
- Lead the use, compliance and training of the Corporate Security incident-management system.
- Support country security coordinators and regional security activities.
- Assist with audits, compliance and security risk-management improvements.
- Work with Group Security specialists and share expertise and lessons learned.
- Travel across the region and support operations outside normal working hours when required.
- Close collaborations with HR, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Information Security and external authorities.
About You
- Degree in security, criminal justice, law, risk management, intelligence, business or a related field.
- 6–8+ years’ experience in corporate security, investigations, intelligence, law enforcement, compliance or risk management.
- Strong experience managing complex investigations involving fraud, theft, misconduct, corruption, information leakage, workplace violence and other security matters.
- Experience managing the complete investigation and incident lifecycle.
- Experience working across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory, privacy and evidence-handling requirements.
- Experience developing investigation, incident-management and security governance processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- High integrity, discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI and case-management skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Professional certifications in Investigations, Fraud Examination, Security, Crisis Management, Intelligence Analysis or Risk Management are highly desirable.
- Specialist certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ISO 18788, ASIS CPP/PSP and NEBOSH are advantageous as well as Project Management, quality and digital certifications.
