BMW Vehicle Technician
Up to £60,000 OTE + Uncapped Bonus + Paid Overtime
Our client, a leading BMW & MINI retailer, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join its established workshop in South East London.
This appointment presents an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician looking to further their career within a premium manufacturer environment, supported by first-class facilities, advanced diagnostic technology and ongoing manufacturer development.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service and repair BMW & MINI vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Undertake routine servicing, maintenance and more complex mechanical and diagnostic repairs
- Utilise the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment and technical systems
- Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, efficiency and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively within a professional workshop team focused on quality and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
Applications are invited from technicians who can demonstrate:
- IMI Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- Proven workshop experience gained within a franchised dealership, independent specialist or reputable repair centre
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
- Excellent technical standards and a professional approach
- A full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Previous BMW or MINI experience would be advantageous, although experienced technicians from other manufacturer backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
