An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced BMW Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a well-established, premium automotive retailer. This role offers excellent earning potential, ongoing manufacturer training, and genuine career progression within a professional workshop environment.

The Role

As a BMW Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards while delivering outstanding workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Complete inspections and identify any additional repair requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards.
• Work closely with the workshop team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Level 2 technicians with relevant dealership experience will also be considered.
• Previous experience within a franchised dealership or prestige automotive environment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
• MOT Tester qualification is advantageous but not essential.
