Our client, a prominent and rapidly expanding dealer group in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Head of Pre-Owned Cars to lead and transform their pre-owned vehicle operations across the Kingdom. This is an opportunity to assume strategic oversight of a market-leading business with nationwide responsibility for the analysis, planning, and execution of pre-owned vehicle strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the Kingdom-wide pre-owned vehicle business, ensuring consistent delivery of performance targets and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise pre-owned vehicle sourcing, pricing, marketing, and sales across multiple branches.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activity to drive data-led decisions and innovative business strategies.
- Establish and maintain robust KPIs for all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle business, utilising the latest industry methodologies and IT solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire team across multiple branches, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executive management to align pre-owned operations with broader business objectives and growth ambitions.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record managing substantial pre-owned vehicle operations in excess of 2,000 vehicles per annum in Europe, the USA, or Canada.
- Deep expertise in contemporary pre-owned vehicle KPIs, IT systems, pricing strategies, and market analytics.
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple branches or regional used car operations.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change across a complex organisation.
