Senior Service Advisor – Premium Automotive Environment
Location: Kent (Commutable from South East London)
Monday to Friday | No Weekends
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Service Advisor with aspirations of developing into a future Aftersales Manager, to join a high-performing automotive service operation in the Kent area.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a proven Service Advisor who is ready to take ownership on the front desk—leading by example, supporting colleagues, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
Working within a busy and well-structured service department, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the front-of-house operation. This position combines operational responsibility with team support, making it well-suited to someone who enjoys being both customer-facing and influential within a team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead from the front in a busy service reception environment
Manage the customer journey end-to-end, ensuring a premium experience
Support and guide junior team members on a daily basis
Work closely with workshop and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain high standards of organisation, communication, and efficiency
Identify opportunities for additional work while maintaining customer trust

Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor or a highly experienced Service Advisor stepping up
Demonstrable ability to operate in a hands-on, fast-paced leadership capacity
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
A customer-first mindset with high attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
