The Opportunity
As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair work, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and returned to customers to the highest standard.

This position suits a technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by both quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing faults and performing technical repairs with accuracy
  • Conducting vehicle health checks and identify additional work where required
  • Working collaboratively with workshop control and service teams
  • Maintaining high levels of efficiency while ensuring attention to detail
  • Supporting and sharing knowledge with fellow technicians where appropriate

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 qualified technicians with strong dealership experience will also be considered
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • MOT licence (advantageous but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK (documentation required)
