The Opportunity
As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair work, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and returned to customers to the highest standard.
This position suits a technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by both quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing faults and performing technical repairs with accuracy
- Conducting vehicle health checks and identify additional work where required
- Working collaboratively with workshop control and service teams
- Maintaining high levels of efficiency while ensuring attention to detail
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with fellow technicians where appropriate

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Level 2 qualified technicians with strong dealership experience will also be considered
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- MOT licence (advantageous but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK (documentation required)
