Trade & Retail Parts Advisor – South London / North Kent Area
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive client for an experienced Trade & Retail Parts Advisor to join a busy Parts Department within the South London / North Kent (M25 corridor) area.

Key duties include:
- Identifying and supplying vehicle parts using manufacturer catalogues
- Processing trade and retail orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Managing stock, orders, invoicing, and documentation
- Supporting workshop efficiency through timely parts supply
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
About You
- Experience as a Parts Advisor (trade/retail or dealership preferred)
- Knowledge of vehicle parts and basic mechanics
- Experience with parts catalogues (e.g. Kerridge or similar) desirable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-focused with a proactive approach
