The Client had an important and key opportunity for a Bentley accredited Brand Manager to join their leadership team, they required someone not only with brand experience but with personality, ambition and integrity who needed to be extremely focussed about ensuring the dealership, at each and every customer touch-point delivers exceptional service, exceeding even the expectations of discerning Bentley customers’.
Our Solution
In order for HCP to endorse the vision of the Client, we carried out a comprehensive consultation exercise with key stakeholders within the business and at Board level so that they could state their views on the vision. Additionally, we worked alongside Bentley Motor Cars as we felt their input would be paramount in ensuring a perfect fit.
The consultation was undertaken over a 7 week period during the second quarter of 2019. Following our search, long-listing, due diligence and eventual shortlisting with interviews in Dubai and London, a successful appointment has been made with a fabulous Bentley Brand Manager from the UK, he is extremely passionate about the brand and highly regarded by Bentley Motor Cars.
