Aftersales Manager
Overseas Relocation Required

An opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Aftersales Manager or Service Manager currently based in the UK to take responsibility for a substantial multi-brand Aftersales operation overseas.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will have a key role in the overall performance of the Aftersales business, with responsibility for customer satisfaction, workshop productivity, profitability, service standards and team performance.
The role
- Lead and manage a large multi-brand Aftersales and Service operation
- Manage workshop performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability
- Monitor customer satisfaction, retention and service standards
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve operational and financial targets
- Build effective working relationships with internal departments, external partners and OEM representatives
- Ensure the Aftersales department operates in line with company and manufacturer standards
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and customer retention
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance
- Oversee workflow and resource planning across the service operation
- Lead, support and develop the Aftersales team
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused service environment
- Take a hands-on approach to operational issues and maintaining service standards
The person
We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager or Service Manager with proven experience managing a substantial Service or Aftersales operation.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing a large automotive Aftersales or Service department
- Strong understanding of workshop operations, productivity and profitability
- Experience managing customer satisfaction and retention
- Experience working with automotive manufacturers or OEMs
- Proven experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- A structured approach to workflow and operational management
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Full UK right to work, Visa sponsorship is not available
- Full UK driving licence
- Manufacturer experience or relevant manufacturer certifications would be advantageous
- Genuine willingness and ability to relocate overseas
