Role Details
Our client is a multi-brand franchised automotive business with aftersales operations in Jeddah and Riyadh. As the business continues to develop, they are seeking an experienced Head of Aftersales to take overall responsibility for the performance and development of the aftersales function across both locations.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the service, parts and workshop operations across both sites, with accountability for commercial performance, customer experience, standards and manufacturer requirements.
You will work closely with the General Manager and the OEMs' regional teams, providing clear direction to site leadership while maintaining a strong understanding of operating performance. A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities to improve productivity, profitability and customer retention, while ensuring consistently high standards across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can balance strategy with close attention to day-to-day performance.
The Candidate
You will have at least 7-10 years of management experience in automotive aftersales, ideally within a franchised and multi-brand environment, with a strong understanding of workshop, service and parts operations.
You will bring:
- Proven experience leading an aftersales operation across multiple sites.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing performance against targets.
- A sound understanding of workshop productivity, parts performance and customer service.
- The ability to build, develop and hold teams accountable to high standards.
- Experience of managing productive relationships with OEMs and other key stakeholders.
- A decisive, pragmatic approach and the confidence to take ownership of performance and improvement initiatives.
