A long-established Mercedes-Benz passenger car, commercial vehicle and truck distributor in one of the Middle East’s key markets approached us because they were looking for a CEO to head-up the automotive group. They wanted to streamline their operations with a focus on delivering a superior level of service, developing its people and ensuring the business was sustainable and profitable. Reporting to the Owner, this was an important hire as the business needed someone who was inspirational, experienced, passionate about people and who completely understood car retailing.
