An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a successful automotive retailer operating within a premium environment in North London.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy aftersales function, taking responsibility for service, parts and workshop performance while driving exceptional customer outcomes, operational excellence and commercial success.

The successful individual will be a proven, people-focused leader with the ability to develop teams, improve performance and create a culture built around customer satisfaction, accountability and continuous improvement. With an engaging personality, hands-on approach and the ability to inspire others, you will build strong relationships, motivate teams and deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the aftersales department, ensuring targets are achieved across service, parts and workshop functions.

You will lead an established aftersales operation, working alongside a dedicated support team across service, front-of-house and workshop functions.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to develop the team, introduce improvements and build on the existing foundations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a hands-on manager who can balance operational excellence with people development, commercial performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Service, Parts and Workshop teams
  • Drive departmental profitability, productivity and operational performance
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies
  • Manage budgets, efficiency and resource planning
  • Coach and motivate colleagues to achieve high levels of performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain strong process compliance and operational standards
  • Work closely with the wider management team to support overall business objectives

About You
