Master Technician, Advanced Diagnostics Specialist, Competitive OTE, OEM Training, Structured Progression Pathway
Working at this senior-level technical role sits within an established, family-owned commercial vehicle workshop.
You will join a high-performing team where advanced diagnostics, first-time fixes, and technical accuracy are expected as standard. The role is focused on complex fault resolution, OEM-level standards, and close collaboration with the wider technical team.
We are seeking experienced diagnostic specialists with a Master Technician qualification and Senior technicians ready to step into a Master Technician role will also be considered(any manufacturer considered). Candidates may come from either passenger car or commercial vehicle backgrounds; provided they demonstrate strong, proven diagnostic capability. A disciplined, team-focused approach is essential.
The package includes a competitive salary, dependent upon experience, with enhanced earning potential for candidates holding recognised brand accreditation. Additional EV qualification incentives are available, alongside overtime paid at enhanced rates.
Working pattern includes Monday–Friday with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota paid at time and a half (adding approximately £2,452 per year).

A full UK driving licence is normally required. Consideration may be given in exceptional circumstances where a previously held licence is in the process of being reinstated, subject to review.
